Expression of Interest – 24-25 BN Statistician
The Board of Bowls North is seeking a suitable person to appoint as the Bowls North Statistician for the 2024-25 season. This appointment will be made on an annual basis through a process of calling for ‘Expressions of Interest’ and selecting the appropriate candidate from the applications received.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing playing records for Thursday and Saturday Pennant
- Record all playing records for Bowls North Pennant on Excel spreadsheet for all preliminary rounds and final series
- Ensure all Bowls North Conditions of Play are adhered to.
- Record all substitute players and social substitute players playing records and advise BN Secretary if clubs do not provide the appropriate form as per Conditions of Play
- Liaising with BN Secretary regarding current registrations. Current list of registrations will be forwarded to the appointed Statistician
- Report any discrepancies to BN Match Committee
- Check eligibility of players participating in Bowls North Minor events.
- Check eligibility of players participating in Bowls North Finals & Bowls Tasmania State finals.
- Report any issues with Bowls Link Portal regarding pennant results to BN Secretary for rectification.

Expression of interest are to be received by 12 (noon) on Friday 6 September 2024.
Training will be provided to the successful applicant.
