Subject:  Afternoon Teas

 

 

 

The Bowls North Board have discussed the issue of afternoon tea provided by club’s and reviewed the COVID-19 guidelines issued by the Tasmanian Government, Department of Sport & Recreation.

 

Bowls North Board has accordingly made the decision to cease afternoon teas, which includes providing tea & coffee for the forth coming 2020-21 Bowls North Pennant season.

 

Bowls North Conditions of Play 3.9 – Starting time, Designated Breaks and No Shows has been addeemed for the forth coming season.

 

3.9     START TIME, DESIGNATED BREAKS AND NO SHOWS

 

A break is to be taken between 2.30 pm and 3 pm with discretion to be used concerning pennant games that had commenced early for a minimum of 15 minutes. Teams wishing to play straight through can do so by mutual agreement.

 

 

Breaks may need to be staggered, due to the number of players that are at a venue.
